Leder Mode Shopping Policy

All references to "Leder Mode" and "we" in this document refer to ledermodejm.com and "you" or "your" refers to all users of ledermodejm.com.
All orders processed on Leder Mode will be shipped using our delivery service.
To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses and daytime phone numbers. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. However, in certain situation we may deliver to Bill Express or Paymaster location near you.
All orders are processed and boxed for shipment Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 12 hours at the email address provided when an order is confirmed.

Orders may be shipped to your home, office or other location of your choice as long it is in Jamaica.

Prohibited Items
We will never ship the following items and they will never originate from our point of shipping

  • Banned Substances
  • Contraband
  • Narcotics
  • Ammunition
  • Perishables
If an order is damaged during shipment we will provide you with a full refund without charge. The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used to make the initial purchase. Refer to returns policy for full return instructions.

International Shipping
At this time ledermodejm.com serves destinations within Jamaica only. We're unable to ship orders outside of Jamaica.

LEDER MODE RETURNS POLICY

Requirements for a Full Refund
We want your purchase to fit you perfectly every time, but if you need to send something back, we will gladly accept your returns for a full refund if you satisfy the following conditions:

  • The item being returned is NOT damaged by you in any way
  • The original manufacturers packaging of the item being returned has NOT destroyed.
  • If it is an item that is not in a manufacturers sealed box, then the item being returned for refund must NOT have been used, marked, defaced, or in any way devalued from its original condition.
  • You must return the product within the specified return window.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, get in touch with our Customer Service team immediately and we'll send you a replacement (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out). You can reach the team at 1-876-926-6980 or 1-876-383-6086

If you'd rather return the item, call us so that we can ensure that you don't have to pay for return shipping.

If an item proves defective in workmanship or materials within 14 days, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. This applies only to normal wear and does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, or changing your mind.

Before contacting Customer Service, have your invoice number ready. And of course, please be ready to describe the damage or defect.

When you will get a Store Credit
You may return items sold and fulfilled by Ledermodejm.com within 14 days of delivery for a credit note equivalent in value to the price of the items being returned. If the items do NOT meet the requirements for a full refund, you will be assessed a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the product, if the item being returned is not in an original package OR where a manufacturer's package was not provided, the item must be in original condition.

All returns must be sent in their original packaging, unopened and new, within 14 days of receipt and must be accompanied by the original invoice as well as copy of delivery note that was signed by either yourself or your representative.

A Leder Mode credit note will be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of your returned package. If you return an item and the problem was due to no fault of Leder Mode or the manufacturer, we will deduct the cost of shipping plus restocking fee of 25% and send you a credit note for the difference.

Returns shipped after the required 14 day period will be subject to a 30% returns,handling and restocking fee.

Leder Mode will not process cash refunds for returned goods. A credit note will be issued that may be used to make future purchases on Ledermodejm.com or in for instore purchases.

Leder Mode will not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Any product without a valid invoice, signed delivery note or items that are not sold by Leder Mode.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, other packaging material as well as all other items originally included with the product in the original package.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage including burns, dents, scratches, broken parts, misuse, insect infestation, spilled liquids, and damages caused from misuse and abuse, accident, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or modifications.
  • Any product with a broken warranty seal or any signs of attempted repair
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders processed on Ledermodejm.com may be cancelled after payment is made but before the items are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, send us an email at sales@ledermodejm.com prior to your order being shipped. State the reason for requesting cancellation. Once the item has been shipped it is ineligible for cancellation and the return and refund policy is applicable.
When an item is cancelled after payment has been made BUT before it has been shipped, we will refund the full price of the item. Be sure to check all your orders carefully before making payment. The method of refund will vary based on the method of payment used for the purchase.

If your refund is not seen within two business days please drop us a note to sales@ledermodejm.com. A Leder Mode customer service expert will respond to you within 2 business days.We will process all refunds promptly but it may be a few days before refund is seen in your account.
Ledermodejm.com will not process cash refunds for returned goods. A credit note will be issued that may only be used for future purchases on Ledermodejm.com.
